Tax Planning
We cannot overemphasize the importance of tax planning. The primary goal is to maximize your income by minimizing your taxes. The secondary goal is for the business and it’s owners to experience no surprises and when it is time to settle up with taxing authorities. Unfortunately, tax laws are complex and ever changing and evolving. It is important to be proactive and not reactive when it comes to taxes.

Tax Preparation
In accordance with our tax planning functions we prepare both business and individual taxes including corporations, s-corporations, LLC’s, LLP’s, and general and limited partnerships. It is important to be accurate and timely in the preparation and filing of all tax returns.

Business Financial Statements and Reports
During the business year we monitor the performance and profitability of the business for both business decision making purposes and to be sure the current performance is in line with our current tax plan which is in place. Depending on the size and complexities of your business we would provide services ranging from monthly financial statement preparation to annual financial statement preparation.

Business Consulting
We have a different approach in all consulting engagements. We know that no outsider is going to be able to run the business better than the owner. What we look at is opportunities that the owner may not be aware of based on our vast business experience. We also follow through with any recommendations to insure that they are implemented.

Trust and Estate Tax Preparation
Tara Decker prepares all trust and estate returns. With trusts timeliness and accuracy are very important to the trustees. Since a K-1 is a byproduct of the trust tax return it is important to supply the trustee or the beneficiary with the trust returns as quickly as possible.
